Today, we joined our son Skip in Syracuse New York to run in the Mountain Goat Run. Our son the real runner ran in the 10 mile run and he finished the 10 miles in 80 minutes in the first 25 percent of the race.
We walked with his wife Kathy in the 3 K event. It was a fun day and we enjoyed sharing the day with Skip and Kathy.
