I got to see one of the famous Arizona sunsets. This picture does not do it justice. hopefully we will get better pictures to post of them. This weekend we are going exploring. I know Arizona has got to have more than what is around Florence and we are going to find it.

Hope while you were/are in the Florence you area you get to visit the Pinal County Historical Society Museum to see their cactus furniture, prison display of the nooses used to hang folks, the window with the bullet holes form the 1888 shootout between the sheriff and the deputy, the Apache playing cards made of deerhide and displays on Tom Mix, Gene Autry, barbed wire, cowboy gear and wooden bullets. Elswhere in the area is the arboretum, a great birdwatching site, the biosphere, the Casa Grande Ruins ( date back to 1100). For more information stop at the museum for brochures etc. Good luck.
