Well, we had a sunny day and a day off, so we went on a day adventure. First we drove to Bar Harbor and did some shopping. I got a necklace to go with a pair of earrings my friend Joan made for me, and a pottery too toothpick holder and a couple of Christmas presents. We ate in the Fish Grille on the deck. Then we drove to Arcadia national Park and went up Cadillac Mountain for spectacular views then on to sandy beach where I saw a sword fish jump and then on to Thunder Hole where the waves are suppose to make a roaming thunder when they splash in the hole but there weren't many waves and no thunder. But it was a wonderful day with the sun shining and we just enjoyed the park and Maine.
